LexaFluent is a language learning app with lessons, phrases, tests, progress tracking and optional video-based learning content.
To provide the app functionality, LexaFluent may process limited app-related data, including app language, source language and target language settings, learning progress, test results, points and stars, display name for leaderboard or progress features, device or install identifier, purchase and entitlement status, and Apple Sign in identifier if Sign in with Apple is used.
We use this information to provide language learning functionality, save learning progress, verify Premium access and purchases, synchronize entitlement status, improve app functionality, and maintain reliability of the service.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. LexaFluent does not store full payment card details.
If an Android version is released, purchases may also be processed by Google Play.
Some learning data may be stored locally on the device to allow offline use. The app may require periodic internet access to verify Premium access, synchronize entitlement status and maintain correct functionality.
LexaFluent does not contain third-party advertisements inside the app.
We do not use personal data for third-party advertising tracking.
We do not sell, rent, trade or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
The LexaFluent website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
LexaFluent may interact with third-party services such as Apple App Store, Sign in with Apple, Google Play if an Android version is released, YouTube for video-based learning content, and the LexaFluent backend server operated for app functionality.
These third-party services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

All rights related to LexaFluent, including the app design, source structure, lesson structure, phrase content, tests, exams, progress system, reward system, QR code system, website content, logos, graphics, visual design, video structure and YouTube learning content, are owned by Venerys Kft. or used with appropriate permission.
No license is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, extract, redistribute, republish, resell, translate, adapt, upload, mirror, reverse engineer or otherwise use LexaFluent content, databases, videos, QR codes, app logic, website materials or related systems without prior written permission from Venerys Kft.
Any unauthorized use of LexaFluent content or systems is strictly prohibited and may result in restriction, suspension or termination of access to the app or related services.
Users must use LexaFluent only for lawful, personal and educational purposes.
Users may not attempt to abuse the app, bypass access restrictions, manipulate Premium access, interfere with the backend server, use automated tools to extract content, copy large parts of the lesson database, misuse QR links or violate the intellectual property rights of Venerys Kft.
In case of rule violations, misuse, unauthorized access, unlawful behavior or infringement of LexaFluent rights, Venerys Kft. may restrict, suspend or terminate access to LexaFluent services.
LexaFluent is provided as a language learning support tool. While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational content, we do not guarantee that all phrases, translations, explanations, tests or video content are complete, error-free or suitable for every situation.
Language use may vary depending on region, context, culture and personal communication style. Users are responsible for evaluating whether a phrase or expression is appropriate for their specific situation.
Venerys Kft. shall not be liable for damages, misunderstandings, losses or consequences resulting from the use of, reliance on or interpretation of LexaFluent content.
We aim to keep LexaFluent available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of the website, app, backend services, QR links, YouTube content or related features.
Features, content, language pairs, videos, Premium functionality and availability may change over time.
The website and app may contain links to external platforms such as YouTube, App Store or Google Play. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of these external services.
